Refund Policy

The short version
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the AI Policy Template. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:
- Your refund request is received within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
- The request comes from the email address used to make the original purchase, or includes the order receipt.
You do not need to provide a reason. We do not require completion of any form or survey.
How to request a refund
Submit a refund request through our Contact page. Reference your purchase email address and the date of purchase to help us locate your order.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of approval. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 7-day window
Refund requests received after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Continued use after refund
If a refund is issued, your license to use the AI Policy Template terminates immediately. You agree to delete all copies of the template from your systems and discontinue any further use of the document.
